The mission of the Woodbury County Conservation Board is to sustain and strengthen its role as a leading regional agency providing environmental education programs and outdoor recreation opportunities that enhance the quality of life in the Siouxland area. Woodbury County Conservation is a county governmental agency and owns and operates the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center.
