We have 30 acres of beautifuly lands caped property that includes numerous pine, cottonwood and juniper trees that encircle 68 comfortable and spacious RV sites.
Choose from quiet serene river settings to sites located on higher terrain that overlook Cottonwood and its spectacular surroundings. The small town of Cottonwood is a quiet community with convenient shopping, hotels and restaurants with a picturesque Historic Old Town that provides an authentic "old west" atmosphere.
