Jerkwater Canoe Co., Inc. has been providing canoeing equipment and running scenic river, paddling trips on the class I, flat waters of the Colorado River in the Arizona/California/Nevada region for over 40 years We are the most experienced and widest equipped canoe livery west of the Mississippi River and provide the only full-service canoe rental on the Colorado River in the Tri-State, Route 66 area. We cover Hoover Dam to Imperial Dam and everything in between!

Our purpose is to provide the finest available outdoor experience for each of our paddlers. We specialize in family-oriented, wilderness recreation. canoe trips are ideal for youth groups, including boy scouts, girl scouts, YCMA groups, school field trips, church groups. They can even help out with corporate team building. Choose from the Topock Gorge, Topock Marsh, Needles area, Lake Mead, Park Moabi, Desert Hot Springs, Yuma, Draper Lake, and Lake Martinez and with so many options, we have to trip to fit your needs. Wilderness activities include flat-water paddling, fishing, hiking, camping, exploring, bird watching, photography, or just relaxing. We always have a good time on our river, and we want you to have a good time too.
Jerkwater Canoe Co., Inc. is licensed by the National Park to provide canoeing adventures at the base of Hoover for Black Canyon outings. We maintain a base of operations for all expeditions at Moabi Regional Park on the Colorado River at Needles, California. Paddle trips within driving distance of all of Southern California include multi-day and single-day paddle craft excursions.
