Mission Statement:
Full Circle Arts is a non-for-profit artists cooperative of regional artists of all disciplines, whose members work together to encourage public appreciation of, and education in, the arts
Goals:
The goals of Full Circle Arts are to provide a space for visual artists (and eventually literary and performing artists) to promote and develop arts education, to develop the potential and professional ability of individual artists, to provide working shared studio space for members, and to raise the funds to meet these goals. We have a gallery (# 101) which displays the artwork of our exhibiting members and is occasionally used for other events. There is also a classroom (# 103) which is open for classes and workshops in various mediums.
History:
Full Circle Arts, a not-for-profit co-operative of artists of all disciplines. was established in June, 2000, after receiving a mandate from the City of Hickory and the Catawba County Council for the Arts to form an artists’ co-operative in downtown Hickory, and opened its doors that September.
