Veteran's Day Speaker: A Foxhole Atheist

In honor of Veterans’s Day, join us to hear from a Sergeant First Class in his 25th year serving in the Army. Based in Syracuse, he is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. After a Catholic upbringing, his dog tags read Humanist, and he identifies as an atheist. He will share his experiences serving this nation, defending democracy, and being patriotic—all while not being religious.
