Veterans Day Commemoration

On Monday, November 11th Arlington gathers to pay tribute to our veterans and their families for their service to our nation. Participants will gather at 10:15 a.m. in the Walgreens parking lot at 324 Massachusetts Avenue. At 10:30 a.m. participants will proceed on foot to the Central Fire Station at 411 Massachusetts Avenue. The parade route is 1/3 mile and will take about fifteen minutes.

All are welcome to join the Veterans Day ceremony inside the Central Fire Station. Those attending should gather by 10:50 a.m. The ceremony will take about 30 minutes.  

Following the ceremony participants are invited to move to the Veterans Memorial Park in front of the Central Fire State to observe wreath-laying at the Veterans Memorial, followed by coffee and doughnuts back in the station.
