Steamboat Food & Wine Festival deepens that connection by helping understand each ingredient’s story, from field to fork and vine to glass. It allows chefs to fully explore the nuances that influence flavor and guests to indulge in the fruits of their creations.

Schedule of Events:

4:00 - 6:00pm: A Sparkling Start to Steamboat Food & Wine: Kick-Off Party - Gravity Haus

Come and toast the start of a beautiful weekend at the Kick-Off Party.  Whether you’re just rolling into town or have already settled in, stop by for a glass (or two or three) of bubbles and appetizers to wet your palate before heading on to a Steamboat Food & Wine dinner or dinner in town.  A great way to see friends from years past and meet this year’s talent.  We can’t wait to ‘cheers’ with you.

6:00 - 9:00pm: Timber and Tables Dinner - Alpine Mountain Ranch

Nestled amidst the majestic beauty of the Rocky Mountains, the Alpine Mountain Ranch Barn sets the stage for an evening of gastronomic excitement. This evening promises an extraordinary culinary journey led by Chef Martin Rios, whose mastery of flavors is as breathtaking as the landscape surrounding the barn. Each course is a testament to his dedication to culinary excellence, showcasing a perfect marriage of tradition and innovation.

6:30 - 9:30pm: Napa to Yampa Dinner - Yampa Valley Kitchen

As you dine amidst the warm ambiance of Yampa Valley Kitchen, you’ll discover a newfound appreciation for the artistry of Chef Joe Campbell, Chef Carrie Baird, and Chef Linda Hampsten. Each chef has a creative approach to their food, as Yampa Valley Kitchen invites you to savor the flavors of the region and celebrate the joy of shared dining experiences. Each dish is a symphony of flavors, textures, and colors, showcasing the vibrant diversity of the Yampa Valley’s bounty.

7:00 - 10:00pm: Culinary Collective Dinner - Primrose

As you step through the doors of Primrose, you are greeted by the tantalizing aroma of seasonally inspired dishes and the promise of an unforgettable dining experience. At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Collin Kelley, known for his dedication to locally sourced ingredients and bold flavor combinations, leads the culinary team with passion and expertise. Joining him are Chef Matt Vawter (Rootstalk) and Chef Blake Edmunds (Senor Bear & Mister Oso), both esteemed chefs in their own right, whose culinary talents complement and elevate the dining experience to new heights.
