Spooky Days on the Farm - A Lantern Guided Murder Mystery

Friday, Oct 25, 2024 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm
Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm, 347 Quiet Valley Road
USD 10.00 - USD 18.00

FIND YOUR FALL ON THE FARM! Get into the haunted Halloween spirit by putting your detective skills to the test! Solve a historical murder mystery as you tour an original colonial era farm, while led on your journey by a lantern lighted tour guide. You'll start your night around the campfire with a story of historical mayhem. Then you'll move on to the barn and meet the sheriff who shares details of his grisly find. Then travel throughout the farm to question historically garbed suspects who offer hints (and may or may not truthfully answer your questions!). Somewhere among this cast of characters lies the true culprit! This outdoor event will take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. The last tour begins at 8:30 pm from the log cabin gift shop. The farm is extremely dark at night so we highly encourage visitors to bring flashlights. Actors will provide verbal interaction only and will not touch visitors. Due to the nature of the event and descriptions of a death, it is not suitable for audiences under age seven.
To keep the historical site and farm animals safe, there is no smoking or personal pets allowed on the farm grounds. The Spooky Days event is held rain or shine. The scheduled events and prices are subject to change. All funds raised go to support the mission of the non-profit farm museum.
Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational corporation dedicated to preserving and presenting Pennsylvania's agricultural heritage.
