Pie! It’s not just for dessert!
In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, stretch your idea of pies to new and exciting heights, creating savory pies as entrees to incorporate in your culinary repertoire. Using a combination of crust techniques and pie bases, combined with seasonal ingredients from the farm, you’ll make Chicken Curry Pot Pie, Roasted Squash and Shallot Galette, and Irish Potato Pie with Chive Crema.
Now you can enjoy pie for dinner and dessert!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 3 couples required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
