PLATEAU BREWING CO. INVITES BEER LOVERS TO THE 4TH ANNUAL PLATEAUBERFEST – A CRAFT BEER EXTRAVAGANZA AND COMMUNITY CELEBRATION ON SATURDAY, OCT. 5
The family-friendly event aims to raise funds and stock the shelves of the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank while celebrating craft beer, local community, and showcasing vendors from across West Texas.
Plateau Brewing Co., a locally-owned and operated brewery and taproom, will host the 4th annual Plateauberfest event from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, at 214 South Chadbourne St. and in the adjacent parking lot.

Inspired by the traditional German Oktoberfest, this family-friendly event is perfect for craft beer enthusiasts, food lovers, and anyone looking for a fun-filled day with family and friends. Attendees can look forward to a diverse lineup of award-winning craft beers brewed by Plateau Brewing Co., with a special emphasis on German-style specialties. There will be live performances by local musicians, traditional German fare such as brats, pretzels, pork schnitzel sandwiches, and more. Exciting activities include an Oktoberfest-style stein hoisting competition and arts and crafts for kids hosted by the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts.
This year, Plateau Brewing Co. is proud to continue its partnership with the Concho Valley Regional Food Bank to help fight community hunger. Plateauberfest patrons are invited to bring two shelf-stable canned goods to the event to contribute to this community effort. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the brewery’s German-style beers will be donated to the food bank.
Live music starts at 1 p.m. Plateauberfest is a family-friendly event with free face painting for kids and arts and crafts provided by the Junior League of San Angelo’s "Kids in the Kitchen" booth. The event will also feature local vendors from West Texas, offering unique goods and artisan crafts.
