In the dystopian city of Urinetown, controlled by the tyrannical Urine Good Company (UGC), a dire power imbalance dictates who can relieve themselves and who must fight for the right to take a leak. In the shadows of the towering city, a rebellion simmers among the oppressed masses. As a young worker at the poorest public restroom, “Bobby Strong” leads a revolution against the UGC, advocating for the right to pee for free.
