Festival Schedule:
10:00AM – 1:30PM: Summit Selections Hike and Lunch
The hike will be advanced in nature, with roughly 2,000 feet of elevation gain. Please note this ahead of purchasing tickets - If your party would like to just attend the lunch, please let us know upon purchase so we can plan for your arrival.
Elevate your palate to new heights while celebrating the unique and exquisite wines cultivated in high-altitude vineyards at the Summit Selections Hike and Lunch. Following the hike up Bald Mountain, Piattelli Vineyards presents their thoughtfully crafted portfolio for guests to experience the distinct terroir and exceptional flavors. To complement these exceptional wines, the culinary artisans from Deer Valley’s brand new restaurant The Alpinist have curated a sumptuous three-course menu inspired by the flavors of the mountains. Please allow up to 90 minutes for the hike and 90 minutes for the lunch.

Unlock the secrets of winemaking with Freemark Abbey in this exclusive blending seminar. Sip, swirl and savor wines from 100+ wineries during the Grand Tasting. Try wines from all over the world while taking in scenic mountain views, dancing to live music and snacking on delectable small bites. 7:00PM – 9:30PM: Best Of Fest
The Best of Fest features the gems of the Festival during an all-inclusive, evening tasting. Wineries select the finest reserve bottles to sip, swirl and savor. Wines that make the cut for this premier event average over $100 per bottle and are 90+ point rated. Paired with exquisite small bites, the Best of Fest wine tasting is the can’t-miss event of the weekend for wine enthusiasts.

8pm - 10pm: Wine Is Blind
How well do you know your favorite wines? Could you identify them during a blind tasting? We're putting your taste buds to the test at the Park City Wine Festival event: Wine Is Blind. During this Friday-night, blind wine tasting, you'll get to know mystery wines and vote for your favorite based on the flavor profile alone. The wines presented are concealed in mystery bags. All you'll know is if it's red or white. Each guest will be given a tasting card at the beginning of the tasting to take notes on the mystery wines. Snack on a decadent desserts and make your way to the dance floor, a live DJ will be playing. Be sure to vote for your favorite before the night is over! The best mystery bottle will be awarded. The night will end with a wine reveal fo that you can meet your "wine" in a million. Get ready to fall in love with a new wine - labels put aside.
