Central Vermont’s Fair Sparrow features the vocal and instrumental talents of three well-known Vermont musicians--Patti Casey, Ally Tarwater, and Susannah Blachly.
Native Vermonter Patti Casey is a multi-award-winning singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, a seasoned touring musician, founding member of the Bluegrass Gospel Project, and longtime member of Woods Tea Company, called the “female voice of Vermont” (Rutland Herald/Times Argus).
Ally Tarwater is a fabulously versatile musician, songwriter, and music educator with expertise in flute, voice, and ukulele, who finds joy in all aspects of life, especially her dog Crash, husband Jeremy, and really tiny animals.
Another native Vermont daughter, Susannah Blachly is a highly regarded fiddler, tunesmith, and singer/songwriter who has performed with numerous bands over the years and produced four albums of original music, two of which were ranked among the Ten Best Albums Of The Year by Seven Days. Together, the three weave glorious harmonies with humor, heart, and soul.
