5 PM - 10 PM: Carnival - All You Can Ride Wristbands $25 - N Holmes Street
5 PM - 10 PM: Craft/Indoor Marketplace Vendors Open - City Hall's North Parking Lot -
5 PM - 10 PM: Outdoor Marketplace Vendors Open - Parking Lot of Oakhill Day School South
