Caribbean Dinner Party! Four-Course Dinner and Live Music by Redemption Band (at LaBelle Winery Derry)

Experience a four-course menu that pays homage to the tropics, perfectly complemented by LaBelle Wine pairings. Our Vineyard Ballroom will be adorned with themed decor, creating a tropical setting while you dine! We encourage you (though not required) to dress in Caribbean attire! This event is a must-attend for Reggae fans, or those who want to experience fine dining in a beautiful setting.

This menu has been carefully crafted to highlight the pairings, so unfortunately no substitutions are available for any part of the menu. This menu is not gluten or dairy free, and we are unable to accommodate guests with these dietary restrictions.

First Course: **** Shrimp Avocado Tostone

Second Course: Green Papaya Salad, crispy sweet potato strings

Entreé: Pernil; Slow-cooked Pork Shoulder, coconut lime rice, bean trio, pineapple mango salsa, plantain crisp

Redemption Band is a collective of upbeat and dedicated musicians from New Hampshire and Jamaica. Bringing an authentic reggae experience through both modern and classic reggae hits (with a few surprises mixed in).
