Join us for the British Car Festival!!!
Set the date your calendar. Saturday October 19th, 2024. Registration 9:30 to 11:30. Show runs 11:30 to 3:30. Don't miss out on your local British car event.
Schedule of Events:
9:00 am - 11:30 am: On-site Registration. Enter from Section Street.
-Pre-registered vehicles stay to the right as you arrive to get your goody bag and windshield card.
-Those to register on the day stay to the left as you arrive to register, get your goody bag and windshield card.
-Proceed from registration to have a picture made with your vehicle. From there you will be directed on where to park. Please ensure your windshield card is visibly displayed to assist having your car directed to the correct class.
-Free coffee and doughnuts "up the hill" for early arrivals.
-There will be a Food Truck on site from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or until they run out of food. Another vendor will be there offering sno-cones.
-Restrooms available in the Christian Life Center.
-Applications for Membership in SABCC available at the registration table.
11:30 - 11:45 am Ballots will be put in all registered vehicles
12:00 pm: Valve Cover Race inspections and weighing at the announcer's table (up-the-hill)
11:45 am - 1:00 pm: Voting. Once you have voted, you can turn in your ballots at the table located in front of the Christian Life Center.
Youth Voting: During this time any and all youth on site will have the chance to vote on their favorite car. For more details and youth ballots, see the announcers who are "up-the-hill".
1:00 pm: Valve Cover Race judging and style awards at the announcer’s table
2:00 pm: Valve Cover Racing Bracket starts at the "bottom of the hill" and on the pavement.
3:30 pm: Approximate time for Awards (up-the-hill)
